Stuffed Cacetti of Cow-buffalo

TYPE
Little stuffed cheeses of cow-buffalo are thin and stuffed sheets of pastry of cow-buffalo "scamorza". They may be stuffed with buttermilk curd of cow-buffalo, or with buttermilk curd and mushrooms, or with buttermilk curd and olives. The tastes of "scamorza" of cow-buffalo wed very well with the respective stuffings. Cheese with spun dough.
INGREDIENTS
Thin sheets of pastry of cow-buufalo "scamorza", buttermilk curd with the addition of mushrooms or of olives.
CHARACTERISTIC Shape: it is spheroidal from 120 to 200 g.
FAT on the dry substance not inferior to 52%.

Water 52 g., Proteins 18 g., Fats(lipids) 18 g., Glucides 4,7 g., Iron 0,3 mg., Calcium 380 mg., Phosphorus 245 mg., Energetic Value 230 Kcal.
EXPIRATION
It is indicated on the wrapping with the wording BEST BEFORE. Usually 8 days after the day of production.
Modality of maintenance to preserve at +4 C.
Modality of consummation to consume from +15 C. to +18 C.
