Shape: it is cylindrical and its weight can vary from 1 Kg. to 10/ 15 Kg. and also over. The greatness of the forms of the Provolone depends on the period in which this cheese is producted.

EXPIRATION
It is indicated on the wrapping with the wording BEST BEFORE. Usually, Provolone can go in seasoning,in places suitable for the purpose: The older seasoning, the better taste.

Modality of consummation to consume from +15 C. to +18 C.
