55% Ricotta of Cow-Buffalo - 20% lemon cream - 20% Pasteurized milk of Cow-Buffalo - 5% honey.
CHARACTERISTICS
It's a dessert cream of Cow-Buffalo milk with lemon taste, rich of lactic ferments and without preservatives. It is prepared in little trasparent jares of 80g. each one.

Protein 4,0 g., Fat 5,0 g., Carbohydrate 11,0 g., Calcium 14,5 mg., Phosphorus 257 mg., Energetic value 185 Kcal.
EXPIRATION
It is indicated on the wrapping with the wording BEST BEFORE.Usually in 10 days after the day of production.
