Fagottini with Ricotta of the Cow-buffalo

Little bundles with buttermilk curd are thin sheets of pastry of cow-buffalo mozzarella stuffed with buttermilk curd of cow-buffalo. They wed very well with the tastes of buttermilk curd and of mozzarella. It is a cheese of spun dough with buttermilk curd.

It is indicated on the wrapping with the wording BEST BEFORE. Usually 8 days after the day of production.
